Executive coaching

For people who already do it well.

Hugh Loxley is a former McKinsey partner now in his twentieth year of independent practice. He works with around twenty senior leaders at a time, in long arcs, by quiet referral. He has a small number of openings at any one time.

What this is

A coaching practice that is small on purpose, expensive by design, and quiet by habit. The conversation is yours; the rest is mine to organise.

How it works

One conversation. Then we decide.

01
Book a free initial conversation
Sixty minutes by video. The booking widget shows my real openings for the next sixty days. I will read whatever you send me ahead of the call.
02
We decide together
At the end of the first conversation I will tell you whether I think I can be useful, and what shape of arc I would suggest. If I do not think I can help I will say so and try to point you elsewhere.
03
A working arc
Most arcs are six or twelve sessions, usually fortnightly. We review at the end of every fourth session whether the work is still doing what it should.

The first conversation is sixty minutes and there is no fee.
