Booking and payment

Initial conversations are free. Coaching sessions are invoiced monthly in arrears. Strategic sessions are invoiced on booking. Arcs (six or twelve sessions) can be invoiced as a single package or session-by-session; we will agree this at the end of the initial conversation.

Cancellation

You can cancel any session up to 48 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation email. After that point the full fee is charged.

Confidentiality

Everything in the room stays in the room, with one professional limit: if I believe someone is at immediate serious risk I may need to act on that.

Supervision

I am in clinical supervision once a month, as required by my professional body. Supervision is anonymised: no information that could identify you is shared.

Complaints

If something I have done is not right, please tell me. Email hello@coach.ownyourbooking.com and I will respond within two working days.
